FAQ/SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICYS

All our orders are posted with a courier service, delivery expected within 2-3 weeks of purchase.

Pick Up
Pick is available from Munno Para West, South Australia at an agreed time is also available free of charge. Please let us know by selecting Pick Up through out the checkout process.

We take great care to make sure your parcel is packed and posted at a high quality. We use a courier to deliver parcels and in most cases your order should be received within 2-3 weeks of purchase. If a courier is not available for purchase in your area, we will post using Australia Post. As stated by Australia Posts guidelines, parcels delivered via Australia Post may take up 7-10 business days.

Custom orders will be received within 2-4 weeks depending on fabric choice and you will be advised of an estimated delivery time when we discuss your order with you.

We take great pride in all our items, using quality materials and techniques, whilst still maintaining family friendly prices.

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us and we will offer a full refund and/or replacement on return of the item. Any postage costs will not be refunded.

We will not offer a refund for change of mind.
